Concert Description
An extensive program has been prepared for the audience. The first part includes music by Petr Dranga, specially composed for the ballet «One Hundred Years of Solitude», based on the work of Gabriel García Márquez. The symphonic melodies allow the audience to deeply feel the atmosphere of the novel.
In the second part, students of the Boris Eifman Dance Academy and soloists of his theatre will perform the ballet «My Jerusalem». The musical accompaniment will include works by Mozart, Rachmaninoff, and other great composers, immersing the audience in the sacred world of Jerusalem. Stage design is by Vyacheslav Okunev, and costumes are created by Olga Shaishmelashvili.
